What is Your first EURES job 4.0?

Your first EURES job is a European Union job mobility scheme to help young Europeans find a job or a work-based training opportunity in another Member State, Norway or Iceland and to help employers find qualified young workers within a larger territory.

Your first EURES job is testing a new way of providing customised job mobility services to young people and employers through an online innovative platform EUJOB4EU. Under this scheme, national employment services provide support, information, recruitment, matching, placement and funding – for both young jobseekers and businesses interested in recruiting from outside their home country.

Are you a Jobseeker?

Under Your first EURES job mobility scheme, EURES can provide you with the following supports:

  • Help with finding a job in Europe
  • Financial support for travel expenses for a job interview
  • Financial support if you re-locate to start your new job
  • Other financial support measures, i.e. – recognition of qualification, language course, supplementary relocation allowance

Are you an Employer?

Under Your first EURES job mobility scheme

  • Companies with up to 250 employees can apply for financial supports towards the cost of training newly-recruited workers, trainees or apprentices and helping them settle in.
  • Employers will save valuable time by delegating the first phase of the recruitment process
  • Best of all – the service is completely free

How to apply?

Create your Europass CV and apply for a job in another EU member state; should your profile be chosen, based upon your qualifications and your working experience, you will be contacted by a Your first EURES job representative. Furthermore, you will be able to download a printable version of your Europass CV at any time.

Register to be part of the Your first EURES job mobile workers' integration          programme,  making your company available as a  potential  host for qualified workers and eligible for financial support if your request matches those in our constantly updated database of selected and qualified profiles.
