  • From Monday, 2 December 2019, the website of the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection (  will be moving to a new single Government of Ireland website called The move follows a Government Decision in late 2017. will be a single, easy-to-use and trusted source for people seeking information on Government supports, services and policies. The site allows customers to find information on all Government services on a single website, with information in plain English and content designed to best meet our customers' needs.
